Over the past 10 years, he has also been actively involved in emergency response training and instruction. Edwin’s operational background includes firefighting, Hazardous Materials Technician response, emergency medical services as an EMT, and incident command. His experience across both operational response and safety leadership provides students with practical insight into real-world emergency preparedness and workplace safety.
